The International Federation of Robotics (IFR) wants employers to rethink robots, to view them as a labour recruitment tool rather than simply replacements for human workers. 

It’s an interesting concept, especially with so many new options entering the market, seemingly every week. 

To help with decision-making, the IFR has launched a new website, which includes a handy little formula for working out the return on investment of adding robotics to a workplace.
