The wave of new model launches continues, as we report this week. And, as we have seen in past reports, the tendency towards electric vehicles is accelerating.
Much of this is driven by environmental concerns and the need to limit emissions, but the reassuring part is how the materials handling sector has risen to the challenge with bigger, more powerful machines.
Today's electric forklift is just as capable as its petrol or LPG counterpart. But the current crop is more versatile, able to operate indoors or outside, and even on rough-terrain.
This really is the electric age!
