WDRA, constituted under the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act 2007, is led by its chairman, Shri Dinesh Rai (retired IAS) with its headquarters in New Delhi. Under the vast scope of warehousing, WDRA is specifically involved in code of conduct and practical training for warehousemen and staff engaged in warehousing business.
