Hoist Liftruck offers five capacities for the most demanding port and rail applications (HRS-45-27, HRS-45-31, HRS-45-33, HRS-45-35, HRS-45-40). The Reachstacker features standard premium components from only the best suppliers including Cummins Engines, Dana Transmissions and Axle Tech drive axles. The Reachstacker has a modular design for exceptional service access, easy transport, and quick assembly time. The spacious operator compartment hydraulically extends and retracts, providing instant access to the drive line and hydraulic systems. The RS Series Reach Stacker's robust chassis, boom and attachment structure are all designed for 1,000,000+ cycles offering optional attachment modules to accommodate wide twist-lock position and pin-style containers as well as trailers. Designed with shackle points to utilize the RS Series Reach Stacker as a crane and give you ultimate flexibility for different applications including first and second row loading and unloading for rail applications. Standard 'damage prevention system' uses ultrasonic container sensors to decrease damage to containers and increase attachment lifetime. Optional scale system is used to measure overall load and unload at each corner to detect off center loads. Another optional feature, utilizing CANbus technology, RemoteTech is a vehicle management system that provides superior serviceability, preventative maintenance, vehicle monitoring, automated customer support and the ability to customize vehicle functions inside the cab. Along with optional Hoist Vision, a pedestrian detection system, uses real-time audio/visual differentiation between animate and inanimate objects, prevents damage to equipment and vehicles, helps reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.

Safety was a major priority when Hoist designed the RS Series Reach Stacker. The operator has excellent visibility at all load elevations including an unobstructed upward view through the top glass. Forward and reverse driving alarms along with flashing lights, warn those around machine. Hoist provides both operator and maintenance personnel training upon delivery of truck from factory.
