Belgian materials handling supplier Hermans Heftrucks has launched a new wholesale operation under the AQ-forklifts brand.

"Resellers make a big part of our customer base," says export manager Jef van de Velden.

"We created this new platform, called AQ-forklifts.com, in order to provide dealers with the necessary information needed to sell the equipment to their customers."

A vast stock of over 300 used and new machines is replenished constantly and updated on a daily basis.

AQ-forklifts focuses on forklift trucks, but also features warehousing equipment, telehandlers, aerial work platforms, earth moving equipment and all kinds of accessories.

The stock consists of new, used and ex-demo stock and "machines that need some work".

Hermans Heftrucks has been supplying the sector for more than 50 years and, besides sales, also has a vast rental fleet and an extensive service department.

The new brand, which stands for "all quality", is meant to "make a clear distinction between our retail and our reseller customer base," according to marketing manager Ron van der Flaas.

The new operation, with a strong online presence, will service a reseller base located mainly in Europe, although there are also customers in Asia and the Americas.
