Haulotte's used equipment website

Haulotte Group has stepped up its activity in the used equipment market, launching a dedicated website for used machines from its 21 subsidiaries.

The company believes used equipment is "a smart way to expand a fleet with great pricing for a quick return on investment".

Ludovic Jankov, corporate used equipment manager at Haulotte Group, says used equipment has, to date, accounted for less than 5% of Haulotte's total sales.

He tells Forkliftaction News all machines are inspected by dedicated teams and serviced with Haulotte parts. The equipment will undergo numerous checks before it is deemed 'ready to work'.

According to Jankov, "All our MEWPs and telehandlers are (in demand) in the used equipment market." Haulotte's scissor lifts experience the strongest demand, and the HA12 IP & HA15 IP are among the most sought-after electric articulating booms. "All our RTJ PRO articulating and telescopic booms are blockbuster machines," he adds.
