BC-BA: a dedicated clamp Series for pulp and waste paper bales handling

Bolzoni Auramo BC-BA series clamps are designed for heavy-duty handling of pulp and waste paper bales, and for use on both forklifts and wheel loaders.

The extremely slim and lightweight design offers a high residual capacity. Furthermore, the wide selection of arm openings and lengths allow efficient handling of 1-3 units of cellulose bales.

The oscillating left arm offers safe grip on the bales. The frame of the clamp is made of special welded steel "T" profiles. Therefore, the clamp is extremely rigid and robust. Bearings in the frame are easily replaceable and require minimal maintenance. A wide range of arms with different friction surfaces and hydraulic options are available on request. For this model we can offer special design arms: in order to have safer grip on top of the bale and reduce the risk of loose grip when handling multiple bales. Modern pulp handling requires equipment capable of lifting varying load sizes and bale unit combinations.

Pulp bales are sensitive to mechanical damage, moisture and contamination, causing problems in further handling and processing. Effective wood pulp handling requires specialized equipments.

BA-W Series: for the tough waste paper bale handling

Collecting and transporting recycled waste paper is one of the toughest applications in the forest products handling chain. Waste paper bale handling is generally harsher than any other bale handling operation, and attachments often need increased protection against wear and tear. This clamp has all moving and hydraulic components well protected.

The Bolzoni Auramo model BA-W clamp is specifically designed for heavy-duty handling of waste paper bales in the paper industry, and it is widely employed in the plastic and recycling materials handling as well.
