BOLZONI AURAMO MZ Series Fork Positioners increase the range of capacity up to 5.500 kg and 6.500 kg in ISO Class IV (12,000 Lbs. and 14,300 Lbs. in Class ISO4).

The fork carriers, fitting the standard lift truck forks, are actuated by two hydraulic cylinders and are sliding on a guide with surface treatment, ensuring fast, smooth and accurate fork positioning. The wide central window in the side shifter offers excellent visibility, very useful when handling a variety of pallets and loading/unloading vehicles. Furthermore, the installation of different fork types is possible by a simple adjustment, and the original forklift load backrest can be easily fitted on the fork positioner.

This model has a clear design and a large visibility window. The high capacity models are equipped with rollers guided side shifting unit, to enable the use of the unit also in hard applications, such as yard operations in timber and construction material industries.

The MEYER 6-26G Series Fork Positioners range with separate sideshift is now being extended to ISO Class IV with capacities ranging from 6 ton up to 14 ton @ 600 mm load center (equal to 8 ton @ 1.100 mm load center) and various chassis widths for all truck sizes (from 13,200 Lbs. up to 31,000 Lbs. @ 24'' load center).

The heavy-duty design, with separate side shift, is fit to match arduous applications.

High Performance Shaft Guided Fork Positioners: 6-26GT with scale forks and 6-26GW equipped with telescopic forks.

The new welded frame construction, with reduced weight and lost load, is designed for even the hardest applications; excellent visibility through the attachment ensures safe and easy handling operations. The separate side shifter provides a constant movement of up to 160 mm per side (6.3''). The valve in a central and protected frame position ensures precise fork synchronism and the easy installation to the truck hydraulics.

The compact frame design with no elements protruding over the upper frame bar is also suited for container handling.

An automatic lubrication system is available as an option, further exceeding the greasing intervals to more than 2.500 operating hours.

Furthermore, any kind of standard and special forks with fork lengths even above 2.400 mm, hooked on or fitted with extra bolts, can be fitted to the robust and versatile pre-drilled fork carriers.

The MEYER Fork Positioner with reach forks model 6-26GT provides an effective time saving solution to optimize space. Thanks to the well proven combination between the 6-26 fork positioner and the RS telescopic forks, it makes it possible to handle loads having different sizes, to stack goods in double deep shelves and to load and unload vehicles from one side only.

This shaft guided fork positioner is mainly adopted in the automotive industry, in the airport logistic areas, at forwarders and during logistic processes in general. The cylinders have differentiated diameters to ensure perfect synchronization of the forks movement.
Furthermore, the necessary maintenance is very reduced: greasers have an internal grease reservoir, bushings are protected by wipers and in general wear parts have the longest life.

Thanks to the MEYER 6-26 GW Fork Positioner Model fitted with Scale Forks accurate load weighing becomes quick and easy. In wireless mode, it is possible to connect to tablet and smartphone, to remotely control the unit and to store weighing data. This fork positioner is fitted with RAVAS wireless fork scale iForks-32, with all scale components hidden below and behind the fork shoe.
