Columbus McKinnon Corporation has executed a definitive agreement to acquire Dorner Manufacturing Corporation, a leading automation solutions company specialising in conveying systems.
David J. The cash transaction valued at UDS485 million is expected to close early in the company's first quarter of fiscal 2022, subject to typical closing conditions and regulatory requirements.
Dorner is currently under the ownership of global private markets firm EQT.
