Clarklift UK has moved to new, larger premises, little more than a year after its formation.
Clarklift's new Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, premises is more than 14,600 square feet, and also has a sizable yard.
Clarklift marketing manager Anthony Wortley said the company, a subsidiary of SMH Ltd, realised it would need to move soon after launching in mid-2001. The company's success had been "phenomenal", he said.
"As soon as we started signing up dealers, and orders started coming in, it was apparent that we were going to out-grow our current location pretty quickly. We were convinced when we took on the importership from Clark that it was an excellent, well-priced product that just needed a bit of pushing," Mr Wortley said.
Clarklift supports customers through Clark's PartsPro internet-based parts system, which accesses detailed specifications of all Clark machines for the last 40 years. It also accesses more than two million parts, 30,000 diagrams and 3000 service bulletins.
