Clark Material Handling Co recognises its top 2013 parts and service managers in North America.
Top parts managers are Mark Boyer, of Equipment Depot, Fort Worth, Texas; Raul Rodriguez, of Apex Material Handling Corp, West Chicago, Illinois; H Omar Rivera, of Cepamosa SA de CV, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México; Jeff Stehley, of Capital Equipment & Handling Inc, Hartland, Wisconsin; Mike Morea, of Infiniti Handling Systems, Middletown, New York; Bob Stevens, of Lift Truck Sales & Service Inc, Kansas City, Missouri; and Dave Weinzierl, of FMH Material Handling Solutions Inc, Denver, Colorado.
Bo Maslanyk, Clark vice president of sales and marketing, says: "Strong performance in aftermarket parts sales is a prime indicator of Clark's close relationship with its dealers."
Top service managers are Lenny Thorpe, of National Lift Truck Inc, Chicago; Marty Beasley, of Lift Truck Sales & Service Inc, Kansas City, Missouri; Don Kennedy, of Equipment Depot, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Erik Hernandez, of Ameco Services S de RL de CV of Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, México; Blaine Louque, of Louisiana Lift & Equipment Inc, St Rose, Louisiana; and Norm Friesz, of Cervus Equipment Corp, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Chuck Moratz, Clark chief operating officer, says: "Commitment to customer service by these outstanding professionals as well as our many dedicated dealers has enabled Clark to add to its ever-expanding list of satisfied customers."
Lexington-based Clark says the winners made outstanding contributions in supporting customers in their geographic regions. Clark offers its PartsPro system, genuine Clark parts and Totalift products through more than 80 dealers in 200 North American locations.
Young An Co, of South Korea, owns the Clark business, which operates in 102 global markets with more than 350 dealers in 550 locations.
