Four United States Cat forklift dealers have been awarded Cat's five-star customer service rating.

Cat Lift Trucks development manager Don Green said only dealers that consistently accomplished five or more identified benchmarks received five-star status.

"Five-star customer service recognition means more than just a pat on the back. It boosts customer confidence, positions dealers in the top 10-15 percent in the industry, increases employee pride and adds to the dealer's bottom line," Mr Green said.

Dealers awarded five-star status were Inland/Hobbs Material Handling, of Las Vegas, Nevada; Miami Industrial Trucks Inc, of Dayton, Ohio; Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, of Phoenix, Arizona; and Ring Lift, of Miami, Florida.
