Briggs' latest acquisition - the company, not the van!Briggs Equipment has completed the acquisition of UK materials handling specialists Neckar Forklifts and Maxim GB Ltd.
From their sites in Windsor and Castleford, these businesses have more than 50 years of industry experience and offer a full range of forklift sales, hire solutions, driver training, service support, fleet management and warehouse planning.
The acquisition provides Briggs Equipment with increased coverage across key areas of England and further strengthens its position as the UK and Ireland’s premier asset management and engineering services specialist.
Pete Jones, Briggs Equipment’s group managing director, says the acquisition is another significant milestone and a positive start to 2023.
