TVH recognised by Red Cross
Olathe, KS, United States TVH in the Americas has been recognised by the American Red Cross as one of its premier blood partners for 2018.
TVH hosted blood drives at its Olathe and Grayslake locations where the Red Cross collected 61 units of blood. To date, TVH employees have donated over 200 gal. (760 l) of blood. TVH will continue its commitment by hosting three blood drives in 2018.
TVH says it is proud to be a part of the Red Cross's mission that helps ensure lifesaving blood is available for hospital patients in need. "Our organisation shares that same humanitarian value to help our neighbour and we are grateful for the opportunity to host blood drives that will do just that right here in our community," says a company statement.
Oshkosh named ethical company

This is the third consecutive year that Oshkosh has been listed as a World's Most Ethical Company, highlighting the company's strong ethical culture. Oshkosh is one of only 135 companies, representing 57 industry sectors in 23 countries on five continents, named to the esteemed list.

Fuel cell boost
Chicago, IL, United StatesFollowing the successful premiere of the Hydrogen + Fuel Cells NORTH AMERICA (H2+FC NA) trade show at Solar Power International (SPI) 2017, the event again will be staged alongside SPI 2018 at the Convention Center in Anaheim, California from September 24-27. The two major California hydrogen industry associations, the California Hydrogen Business Council (CHBC) and the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP), have partnered with H2+FC NA 2018 to increase awareness of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies.
California has a long history of supporting renewable energy deployment and is the biggest driver for hydrogen and fuel cell market expansion in the United States. "In combination, solar and hydrogen energy offer the ultimate zero emission fuel for all energy applications," says Jeff Serfass, CHBC executive director. "Therefore, the CHBC sees great value in participating in this great solar event in California and is pleased to help build the business understanding of hydrogen energy solutions."
