Safari Park chooses used truck
Stirling, United KingdomThe success of a safari park in Scotland has led it to acquire a Linde-approved used forklift to help load and unload supplies for its café.
Scott Meiklejohn from Blair Drummond Safari Park says the park chose a Linde truck after researching various Internet sites and asking its main food supplier for advice.
"The main attraction (for) buying Linde was not only a strong recommendation but the assurance that Linde has a good after-sales service to ensure the truck has as short a down time as possible if there were any problems," Meiklejohn explains.
The H 25 T gas powered counterbalance truck is used primarily for lorry loading and unloading, but, since delivery, has also been used for various applications across the whole site.
