With over 29 years' experience in the sector, mostly at director level, Kirkpatrick brings a wealth of knowledge to Bis Henderson's expanding recruitment business. Previous positions have included: director supply chain and customer operations director at Baxter International; logistics director, Buck & Hickman; supply chain director, Golden West Foods and general manager, Exel.

The United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) has appointed Nicola Ridges-Jones, managing director of MS Holdings (South) Ltd, as the association's new chair. Ridges-Jones succeeds Stobart Aviation's Graeme Undy, who had served in the role since 2016.
"These are very exciting times and I'm delighted to be taking on responsibility for leading UKWA," she says. "I look forward to taking the association forward and keeping my finger on the pulse in this fast-changing sector."
