Yale top among forklift providers

Yale Materials Handling Corporation has received the highest ranking among full-line forklift providers in a range of service-related categories, an independent study by Hanover Research shows.
Yale Distribution president Bill Pfleger says: "Service is engrained into who we are at Yale - from our design engineers to plant personnel, to our amazing dealer network.
"The results of this study validate our dealers and our emphasis on providing industry-leading service to customers by standing behind our forklifts throughout their long lifecycle."
Hanover Research conducted the study this year with industry respondents involved in buying forklifts for their companies.

Forkliftcenter expands to the Americas

Forklift and port equipment supplier Forkliftcenter, headquartered in Amsterdam, is rapidly expanding its business globally.
The company already has offices in Australia and the Middle East, and has now opened Forkliftcenter Americas.
Its strategy is to "open offices in the main economic hubs". This month, Forkliftcenter Americas SA opened in Panama for the South, Middle and North American markets.
Frank Wouters, who has more than 25 years' experience in the forklift market, will be responsible for sales in the Americas.
