The Bolzoni Auramo Group has launched a new company, Bolzoni Auramo BV, to distribute Auramo and Bolzoni attachments in the Benelux region.
The new company, which opened in Helmond on January 1, assumes the distribution roles formerly filled by Bolzoni Auramo GmbH, which distributed Auramo products in the region, and Hydronika BV, which distributed Bolzoni products. A company statement said Hydronika would continue to distribute Lift-Tek Elecar lift masts.
Bolzoni Auramo BV would provide all sales, service and technical support for Bolzoni and Auramo products throughout the Benelux countries. The company's Helmond facility has a workshop for individual installations and modifications.
The Bolzoni Auramo Group, Europe's largest forklift attachments manufacturer, was established in August 2001 with the merger of Bolzoni and Auramo. Bolzoni Auramo has an annual turnover of EUR80 million (USD84.4 million).
