* Training of internal and external trade structure.

* Implementation of a B2B system and other promotional activities such as participation in fairs and advertisements in industry magazines.

* I was able to increase sales of New and Used Tractor (LS Tractor), Excavators and Wheel Loaders New and Used (Doosan / Bobcat / Hyundai / Case / Komatsu) and new and used cranes (XCMG / Zoomlion / Manitowoc, Grove, National Cranes and cranes) and Forklifts (Doosan / Hyundai / Paletrans / Clark), parts and technical services, with negotiations with large customers, Dealers, implementation of a B2B system and other promotional activities such as participation in fairs and advertisements in industry magazines.
