Zappi controller

Get two flashes from light test as per shop manuel replaced w/reman. still get 2 flashes. any help or ideas????

has no functions load tested each battery 6v. holds w load applied. has no bdi only light on controller. use jumper for brake release ,and it releases. placed jumper back to normal operation,recheck still no operation. checked contactor ok tested motor ok tested as per hyster shop manuel for two flashes

what are your symptoms? did you check batteries? cables?
