Hi gc_d. If the parameters "BRAKING TR" and "IMAX TR" stay at level 9 (you can view/calibrate via Zapi console) I think the problem is on current transducer, follow the step:
1) on cable motor-rotor mesure via hall-ampermeter if the current displaied in menu tester (consolle), is same at the ampermeter? if yes (same) go to step 2, if no (different < 20% or less go to step 3.
2) Check the traction motor effency.
3) Remove the logic board and the down shield, now you can see two shunts fixed by nuts, tighten they with 8mm wrench, repeat step 1 for check verify and test the braking intensity.
