Replaced Zapi controller, problem solved..
Yes the main power unit is a zappi unit which provides power to drive and hoist motors

by the power unit, you mean the Zapi controller?
It means ,that the program has not load into the power unit, switch it of wait awhile and switch the truck on again if it keeps doing this the answer may be to replace the power unit, basically it means there may be a loss of saved parameters.
