Have you checked for shorts and grounds to frame? With no can signal the truck should not move. What is your battery voltage doing when loaded?

You need to check the can loop. 65527 is no signal on can loop. This will cause numerous other codes like you are seeing.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
