I have the EV100 and the correct cable ( http://galleryplus.ebayimg.com/ws/web/141123754175_1_0_1/1000x1000.jpg )but I link all in the controller and turn on the machine and it not works... and if it works I don't know how use it, don't have a manual or codes list. Are there some way to fix error 16 without use the handset?

and yes in the back of display have a port to connect to it but I don't have the cable and the software...

Hi Filipe I think I have misunderstood your post, yes Swoop has given you more accurate information, you can get a lead for the EV 100 hand set but I can't see the prt/no in the workshop manual. It may be in a parts manual but I don't have that info, you can connect laptop with soft ware as swoop says under dash console triangular connector but you need correct leads.

you can use the EV100 handset to change the values in this controller as long as you have the correct cord that connects directly to the controller box plug.
Also can use the pc laptop and the ge sentry program as long as you have the correct cable. Or you can get the GE cable for laptop and connect directly to the controller.
On the Yale trucks i'm pretty sure there is a serial db9 port under the display unit but you need the yale software to access the system from that port.

Yes you can can get a lead specifically to fit the G.E.C. SEMs unit and hand held diagnostic unit. I will have a look and see if I can find a Yale part no.
