wont start after running out of fuel

my guys ran our forklift out of fuel, we refilled with fuel, I bled all lines and have fuel coming out at the injector lines that connect to injector but still no start any ideas?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
