Won't side shift

Crown RC5540-40STT

Won't side shift accepts calibration, but still not moving coils are good would it be the valve? If it accepts calibration than the pot would be good right?

Be sure that the Bearings & Sliding Surfaces are properly lubricated.

If it calibrated successfully then the pot is good.
Can you hear the pump motor running when you try and side-shift? If so, is the fluid by passing and going back to tank?
