Discussion:
Won't rev up sometimes?

It will run fine then shut off restart the motor rev it up it cuts out spudders but will idle ok. I changed the accelerator position sensor and the throddle chamber. I do have the book and calibrated them by turning the key off and on like it said. When I changed the throddle chamber today started right up warmed it up shut it off let it cool then it started just fine. Did that a couple times then it starded doing the same thig again won't rev up. If I turn the key on 2 seconds turn off 10 seconds then start it it will rev up?

when replacing the TB you have to run a Fast TAS learn on the system, you will need the service tool to do this.
Also when checking the injector did you notice any oily residue?
Doesnt have to be dirty, the oil that builds up from the LP gas can cause the injector to malfunction also.
In any case you can try cleaning it but in the end you will need to relearn the air to fuel ratio by running the Fast TAS.

It has the K25 with a Tier1 system. I did remove the injector and looked at it and it looked good. It could be the issue but whats weird is that when I calibrate with the key then it runs and drives fine. when I shut it off and let it sit a while then it does the won't rev again. I don't have the (SST) tool to monitor the system Komastu won't sell it to me or give me any info.

Does this have the Nissan K21/K25 engine in it? I have had the same issue on nissan trucks and have changed out the injector and it cured the problem. The injector gets gummed up with tar from the vaporizor and sticks some can try cleaning it but is probably best to change it.
