Discussion:
Won't move forward or backwards

I am having trouble with a hyster e60xm-33 not moving forward or backwards. I am getting power from thb5 and tb6 from the card. I've checked the diode for a1 contactor and it's good. I can manually move the truck by pushing in all three contacts at the same time so I know the motor is good. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I believe you are working on a ev100controller if so you need to get a GE hand set and plug in the center port the plug that you take out will control the dash when you plug in you will have no dash display the controller will give you a number like -23 than you can try to fix truck without that it is very difficult it could be any part in the system that can cause that.the six screws that you are testing are just inputs screw 5 and 6are forward and reverse that means your switches are good and wiring to switching to controller but you can't check outputs the hand set will help with this hope l was of some help

Since the truck will travel when pushing in contacts, I would suspect a problem in the start up sequence. If the hydraulics work then the 1A is pulling in. If they do not, need to verify 1A is working. Other problems can be brake switch, accelerator switch and seat switch. Verify battery voltage before doing anything else. Make sure you do not have any frame voltage higher than 5 volts. Good Luck

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
