WONT MOVE,AND HAS A BEEPER GOIN

i just bought a 7fbcu25 used. everything works but it wont move.and there is a beeping sound that goes away when i put brake on.
there is a small blue/green plastic object that looks like some kinda operators key. it sort off has a battery on one side
there are no codes to be seen in the screen? first time with a 7fb serires
im hoping its just me being dumb?
