Ser#A955N01875K unit has a good battery but wen you turn on the key switch it powers up the cooling fans on a check im guessing,, then after that will not do anything i hqve checked the fuse bank the battery has proper volts and im sowing no power to contacter and it shwing a code of 12546 thatsa battery is dead code but the battery checked out. So we pulled a unit off the floor had full charge qnd plugged it into this machine same code showed on display..is there a large 40amp to 300amp fuse some place i cant find any ?

Ok, i have checked the power is getting to the motor controller, the red disks that your talking about are cold to the touch and have no power to that contact once it goes to the motor control box zero coming out..
So? bad controler im guessing??

No large fuses in these trucks. Verify voltage is getting through the battery connector. Check the voltage on both sides of the main contactor. Should be about the same, if not check the PTC, that is the orange or red discs that connect to the large cables on the contactor. these allow voltage to keep the capacitors precharged in the motor controllers. They should be warm when you touch them. If this is all good you may have a bad Master controller.
