Crown 40GPW-4-14

my lift still goes up and down but does not go forward or reverse

On the crown 40 GPW there is a small brake switch at the bottom of the handle. Take the cover off the side of the motor and look to see if the brake switch is broken or is not being made by the mechanical lever.
