Hi Guys Just letting you know that we did check out the Hyd control Valve and notice that my guy had Hooked the pressure line to the lift valve and the other Hose where the Main line goes. Changed them around and now the Engine Runs like it should.. Thanks for All the Help and Have a Happy Fourth and Be Safe.

Look at your accelerator pot for damaged wiring as well. should be 5 volts going to pot and the throttle body also look at your hyd control valve closely to insure you did not catch or damage any wiring inspect all areas you were in when replacing control valve make sure accelerator pot is plugged in tight

I read all the post you said you changed out the hyd control valve and then this started are you sure the control valve is not dead heading this would make the truck not take the gas and run with low ideal.

We did not jump nothing out we just keep cranking on it until it started. But also if you pull the fuel line off the throttle body it will still Run? and the LP Regulator is New.

When you say you got it to run , how did you do that. ? If you jumped around anything then it is not going through the ecm and will not accelerate

This Forklift Does have a ECU that is under the Air Cleaner. We pulled it out and tried it on another Lift and that lift Runs good. the Model of this Lift is a GLC050RG Does not have any lights coming on when the Motor is Running. And yes the Lift was Running find when we Changed out the Hyd Control Valve and than it would not start and run. now we can get to Run but will not Accelerate?

Sometimes it will flash a code ie: on dash a light will flash you count them
Does this unit have a SECM?
It is an engine controller
If so then you may need a laptop or code reader to get code
A malfunctioning temp sensor or a malfunctioning oil pressure switch or low oil will trigger it did it accelerate before? If so did engine rev up ?

How can you tell if it has a code? it's not showing nothing on the dash. The S/N on this lift is E187V23265B. It has a Mazda 2.0 in it. Thanks

Sounds like it is in limp home mode
If so should have a fault code stored
