Hi,Johnr J
thanks for you sharing experience with me.
The service is very important. It remember me that: the former CEO of Samsung said:why do we need after sales service? If our quality is good enough, we don't need after sales service.
Now, famous brand and our company will focus on upgradd quality of our products. We are pride of this point.
Thanks for your knowledge on TOYOTA. Did you visit 2008 Shanghai CeMat? I were impressed by TOYOTA. Specially, forklift. High techonolgy, to make sure the operator safety. "And The Japance manufactures would redesing the product every 3/4 years to keep up with market demands. " That's why they are welcome : )
God bless you. Happy new year!

Moon,
A simple fact, the first impression or experience with anything (forklift or girl) is a very lasting one. If it is good then the future can be good. If it is not good then teh future don't look to bright. The end user of material handling equipment is a cautious type person and he will not let you burn him twice with poor after sale service and excessive down time or a lot of weak excuses.
The Japanese enter teh US market around 1968/1969 primarily marketing their products on the West Coast of the US where there was a higher level of exceptance to Asian built products. Datsun (at that time) & Toyota where the two pioneers. Datsun was the leading seller for many years. Yes price was helpful in gaining sales up through 1985/6, when all the Japance were hit with an anti dumping suit in the US and something similar in Europe a few years earlier. But exceptional reliability was the key for growth. Modern design was certainly not a strong attribute of the products. In fact, they were "butt ugly" by comparison but that changed soon. The Japance manufactures would redesing the product every 3/4 years to keep up with market demands.
Dear Titan:
Many thanks for your reply my topic.
Well, about the after-sales service, in my opinion, it need money to support.
Judging from Olympic Games, firstly, we need money to employ people to work, then the second, the atitde of service,we need improve.
Not only say we should improve our service, but also we need take measures to improve our service, what do you think of?
I think the main problem is for the service with the chinese easygoing attitude,in next 5years all of the chinese trucks will be the same as they get the same parts from the same suppliers,so the only different is the after sales service.Let's work more hard to improve our service!
Dear Mr.leobert :
Thanks for your reply.
It is a good news for me.
And now we are expanding the marketing, so before it, i should analyse the marketing.
And then action.
Thanks again.
If you have any question, or needs, do not hesitate to ask me.
Many thanks & Best Regards
