even best of the brands are not able to stand in market due to poor after sales service network..

This is purely in my opinion..

I thing hc is good. hc believe in class not in mass.

Hey moon, you post a very great topic. Chinese forklifts are developing very quickly. Surly price is cheap, but also we need improve quality, as well as after-service. The customer chose your brand, which means trust on your products, the service, even you, the salesman!

We gonna keep on moving and have long-term attitude. For the market, not just for selling.

P.S Sounds EP is famous for its poor English menu. ^ ^;;

I hold the same ideas with you. Chinese products are not well known, for we are the begining of development. It take measures and time to being well known in the world.
And I think we need visit top brand company to learn what they do, and how they do.
And it's lucky that we had visited the second brand in the world. We learn more from she.

In fact, we hold call meeting with our customers, to know the weakness of our products, and we would like to hear the suggestion and feedback from our customers.

I know little products about forklifts, however, we had cooperated with HC forklifts.
For we are the professional in electric pallet truck and electric stacker.

No doubt price. Unfotunatly Chinese products are not known for quality although there are a few companies that are trying.
Its really about value for money. We distribute good chinese products but I would not consider putting them into a heavy duty hire contract operating 24/7. They are however quite suitable for a lighter use 3/4 hours a shift and even for 2 shifts.
Its very important that the supplier knows the application, knows everything about the trucks and carries the spares needed to support them. The distributor needs to visit the Chinese manufacturer 2/3 times per year to be certain that the quality is being maintained or improved and that the manufacturer understands about all the problems caused by poor quality. Its important that every truck is tested before despatch to ensure that the dealer has nothing to do when carrying out the pre-delivery inspection

I go back to the early 1970s with Toyota. Believe me, it took Toyota many years to adapt to the US market. Torque converts coming apart, poor cooling systems, masts breaking and so on. However with good service team quickly responding to technical problems and upgrading the dealer network, Toyota has grown to what it is today.

Why do not you choose Chinese electric pallet truck?

Because it is not known trademark, the price is cheap ,but the quality is suspect.


Are lifters have passed quality control? In Europe, it is very important.

i have worked in companies that sell chinese forklifts.
i am a mechanic.
i have fixed Heli, EP chinese forklifts.
Heli was poor quality but is getting better.
EP is very poor quality but is very cheap.
I need EP to have better service books: the english is poor, the books have not enough information, it takes a very long time to get replacement parts from China.
every forklift needs parts and service from the start of life even if it is the best quality. so make a forklift that is good quality, give every dealer all books for parts/service, make it easy for them to get parts and you will do well.

i still prefer forklifts not made in china because of human rights abuses and poor safety regulation in china, but i always keep an open mind.

The service is very important. It remember me that: the former CEO of Samsung said:why do we need after sales service? If our quality is good enough, we don't need after sales service.
Now, famous brand and our company will focus on upgradd quality of our products. We are pride of this point.

Thanks for your knowledge on TOYOTA. Did you visit 2008 Shanghai CeMat? I were impressed by TOYOTA. Specially, forklift. High techonolgy, to make sure the operator safety. "And The Japance manufactures would redesing the product every 3/4 years to keep up with market demands. " That's why they are welcome : )
