Discussion:
West coast VERSA-LIFT RENTAL?

Curious if there is a company renting Versa-Lifts in California. Last year I was looking to rent one short term and was told the rentals were all up in the rust belt. Trans costs would have been huge.
Thanks

Thanks Eddie,
The economy what it is these days, its cheaper to bring a picture rather than an actual machine to a trade show.
Less need lately.

Dave:

I represent the Royal Tractor Rig'N'Lift and you are correct that there are not many on the West Coast and the ones that are there usually are only rented with an operator. That makes it tough for everyone especially when you are renting from the MidWest like you say. I have a new 40/60 Rig'N'Lift available if you know anyone interested in an investment opportunity. They could satisfy your requirements plus I understand that rental on the West Coast is good money due to the lack of availability. Let me know if I can ever help with sourcing something closer to you. Best of success.

Thank you for your reply.
Sorry for the confusion as there are 2 products with the same name, one is a bucket truck.
The machine I am refering to has five inch by twelve inch thick blades, ten feet long and lifts 40/60,000 pounds when the counterweight is extended. Thats the little one.
It also has an overhead hook attachment available. We use them at machine tradeshows because of their relatively small size compared to a crane. Chicago is where we get the ones we rent, it takes 2 semis to transport one. I submitted a photo to admin. on this site.

Versalift is not a forklift/telehandler. Versalift falls under the category of aerial lift. These devices are not covered in this forum. Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer. Google:timemfg.com.

Versalift should be able to provide you with a list of rental companies.
