User & Maintainance Manuals

I just got my hands on a Kalmar CQ and it is in need of lots of work.

I gave tried to get manuals from Kalmar UK and the company they apparently offload support to - but they aren't being very helpful.

So would anyone have any manuals for the CQ series.

1. How to bleed the brake
I'm not getting any pressure in the pedal.

2. Any sources for a suitable throttle cable

3. I see dipsticks for the Hydraulic fluid and an additional oil dip stick.

a) so the hydraulic pump has it's own oil (separate to engine) ?

any info would be great - forklifts are not my field, but I have the engine running now and working my way through it.

Fact of the week
In 1923, French tennis player René Lacoste was promised a crocodile leather suitcase by his captain if he won his next match. He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
