Exactly johnr_j. I've seen new units that go up to $20K in the SU. In my 3rd world country that is too much.Nobody would pay for that service that sometimes has to be done for free due to extreme competition here. That is why can only invest in a used one that would cost a portion of new.
Any leads, will be appreciatted.

used to press on solid cushion tires that have a metal inner band that are pressed on steel wheels - most commonly used in North American, some in Austrailia, UK & Germany.
