tsp no travel code 53

So when out to a service call bunch of code main one code 53 linear card shows a amber light showing a fault pushed all the wire back in on the linear card light turned off for fault tsp had started to travel but then it seemed like it was struggling moving then I turned it off and then now I have no travel I checked voltage going to the linear card I have 8.v what im supposed to have sounds like my steer encoder not testing when I start up have to start my Tuesday with this beast.
