trying to program crown access 123 system

Trying to get into level two service menu, utilities. Do I need a user code? how can I find out what the user code is?

There is a code yes...ours is the last 4 digits of the dealers number

I think you need to hold the up and down arrow button depressed and then power the truck up. try that.
