Discussion:
Truck won't move

I need a general troubleshooting flow chart for truck drive issues.

steering works
battery lvl 50%
lift actions all work
seat switch sounds to be functioning
two codes show on display at poweroff 0737 and 0307
no other codes
parking brake functions normally

I can send pics if needed

if contactor pulls in and drops out then you have a SCR problems. check rec 2 & 5.

One contactor does pull in and the steering pump starts, otherwise, no other contactors energize or de-energize. I assume since the parking brake light goes on and off as appropriate the park switch is fine.

Are the fwd/rev contactors in the back clicking when you select a direction, release park brake and press the accelerator? If not, check park brake switch behind left hand dash cover and accelerator start switch on accelerator pedal. The two 'codes' are hour meter readings.

Fact of the week
Brothers Adolf ("Adi") and Rudolf ("Rudi") Dassler split their shoe company after WWII due to a bitter feud, and established the rival companies of Adidas and Puma. Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
