I take it you've got a Perking engine here?? Has the truck got a relay panel near the radiator on the same side of the engine as the Injector Pump??? the UK model has and I've had lots of problems with this **** panel

Well....got a new dash harness installed and now no power to fuel pump..anyone have a wiring diagram for a h100xm..Diesel engine..? The manual these people brought out doesn't even show to have an electric fuel pump

This ole machine is as ragged as it gets. When I first looked at it,the motor would fire right up,even on cold start but temp gauge immediately pegged with alarm sounding and after about 15 seconds,motor shuts down,cycle the key and engine wouldn't turn over twice and it was running perfectly... Kinda jacked up deal but to make a long story short,another repair company had diagnosed it as a bad engine wiring harness BUT WHEN they showed up with it,our pm guy was here servicing other units,they got mad and after disconnecting half the harness,decided to wash their hands of it and left....I got the pleasure of installing the hacked up and partially removed engine wiring harness THAT DIDNT fix the prob....I did go back this morning and wiggle test the dash wiring harness and found the prob,internal short in the harness at the bend coming off the firewall across TRANS

Has this issue been present since the installation of the new engine? My guess is a pinch in the wiring harness

Customers love technology- until they have to pay to fix it!
check the temp sender and see if it is shorted
a bad sender unit can make the system think it is running hot and shut the truck down. One of the safety functions of the ecm in the case of overheating is to shut down the fuel to kill the engine.

also check your grounds at the engine block and frame

You've been swooped!

you say; "if it were a fuel issue it would not fire back up", that is not actually correct. an almost 'all the way full of garbage' fuel filter or clogged 'last chance screen' sometimes will allow enough fuel to fire off, but not enough fuel sustained to allow it to run [often shows up in a "stalls in a tight turn while driving 'at speed'."], and that is often how the symptom first appears, that the truck dies while running but will restart, but a lot of operators will keep on using and restarting until it gets so that it runs for only a short period, then they call the tech.
BUT,,, since you are feeling like it is a safety shutdown, have you confirmed the working of the temp sending units? does it have oil in the motor and does the low oil shutdown circuit work? is power getting to the pump 'run/shutdown solenoid' wile running and not just while cranking?

"it's not rocket surgery"
CHECKED ALL FUSES,THE GAUGES SWEEP AND THEN IT PEGS HOT...IT DIES BECAUSE (I ASSUME) IT GOING INTO SOMEKIND OF SHUTDOWN MODE. LOSING POWER TO THE INJECTOR PUMP,IF I CYCLE THE KEY,IT FIRES RIGHT BACK UP,IF IT WERE A FUEL ISSUE,IT WOULDNT CRANK RIGHT BACK UP

"Truck(diesel) starts ,temp gauge goes to hot,fuel gauge goes to empty...runs for 10-15 secs and dies"
I would say you have 2 different concerns;
"runs for 10-15 secs and dies" [Primary concern, makes truck usable as anchor only].
"starts ,temp gauge goes to hot,fuel gauge goes to empty" [secondary to if the truck is usable, since some of these do that but then goes to normal operation after the gauges sweeping full length ?checking gauge needle sweep?]
have you bleed the fuel injectors and have good clean fuel getting to the pump?
have you checked the fuses?
