From the screenshot I've viewed your, CID, ACH, ACT don't have any software installed.

Have you tried downloading the software package to the truck?

Make sure you pick version 012!

If the truck has LID option also update it as same time.

hard work
If it brand-new it will still be under manufacturers warranty, so not your problem.

Do you have a BT can key? Stick it in & press the green button on the CID, does she start up?

Will it start up in limp home mode?

I button, green CID button, log on to truck as normal.

Be warned if the BT can key is used in limp home mode the seat & deadman pedal safety switches are both bypassed!

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
