Travels Slow

We have Baker B30TE - Serial # 324707022915.
Has no speed - Slow travel. Drive motors have been rebuilt.
In Need of service Manuals and Electrical Diagrams to aid in troubleshooting issue.
Any suggestions would also be welcomed

It sounds like the parking brake switch may be engaged. A lot of times when the cable stretches it allows the park brake lever to engage the switch.
