Mitsubishi FB16K:
travel issue

I have a 3 wheel sit down with choppy travel in both directions with not being able to move more than a few inches. After 5-15 seconds, it gains full travel till you stop again. The display is already messed up and is not displaying an error code. Any help would be more than appreciated.
