Has anyone had the transmission yoke u joint break on one of these units and if so what caused it?

I have never seen one break. Situations that could cause this are many. Operators abuse for one. Going full throttle from a standstill with a load. Pushing loads or carrying loads too heavy for the lift. Shifting directions while carrying a load at high throttle. You may need to adjust throttle response or trans settings. Good Luck.
