Hangcha ELECTRIC REACH TRUCK:
Traction and hydraulic system not working

Good day

I have this hangcha CPD30 -AC4 Aseries presently working on.

The hydraulic and traction system is not working.
It's shows controller is offline on the programmer menu on the display
And the error code shows below
Hydraulic
Wrong controller model
Traction
Wrong controller model
Pls what is the password to access the advanced setting
User password
oem password
