We are dealer (darisusgmbh.de) since years for these TSM002 or 003.
I can advise not to change from TSM002 to TSM003 and vice versa. They are really different.
The TSM001 is not known. Probably somebody can inform me.
I think the dealer change the original label,they will change the TSM001,TSM002,TSM003,TSM054 each other,you know the TSM003 is few here,but they have the same outward appearance
I would replace all of the drive transistors if I were you.. The others will most likely fail soon Rich
If you can 'interest I have dissected the IGBT - TSM001, TSM002, TSM003 original, so I have photos of the interior of the IGBT. If you have correspondents made in china, but only the outward appearance is, the inside is different. Unfortunately there are dealers who sell this is not real.

Thanks for your reply jhongen.. you are right about changing the entire kit. i was refering to the posibility the redish ones were higer capacity than yelowish. talking about $800 dls us each (not cheap). like ev-100 sistem on what you can switch scr2 insted scr5 (scr2 higer capacity). cheers`¡

You must always change the sids in A set for drive 2-3 mounted change all three and Pomp 2 change two
Amp off motors and lifting different
