Ive got another one with error codes E0 and E1 and present following toyota error codes, but without a manual and wiring information it can sometimes take slightly longer. I tried Bendi, they took my number and said they would call back lol (still waiting)

Flexi may not make for other manufacturers but other manufacturers make for them as Tailift make the majority of Flexi;s in Taiwan, they also make drive axles for them.

It is a Manitou Bendi and has NOTHING to do with Flexi. Flexi Narrow Aisle Limited the manufacturers of the Flexi have NEVER made trucks for anyone else, - (a bit like Warburton's bread), and hopefully never will.
Translift Bendi Ltd are the manufacturers of the Bendi truck. When Toyota ended the Manitou agreement BT Rolatruc, (owned by Toyota at the time), had a Cesab (part of the BT Rolatruc Group) counterbalance truck converted into an articulated truck. This agreement was short lived.
Please do not confuse Flexi with Bendi!

Hi Chris
I think we worked out it was a manitou/toyota/bendi kind of hybrid.

Never say Never :) Who knows what the future holds for the various forklift manufacturers including flexi

Yes these have controller similar to the older toyota panels. I recall doing one 2 or 3 years back it had same error i think and that transistor had gone short. I could not source one but customer managed to get one off an old toyota and it worked fine.

I have a customer who specialises in flexi and bendi truck sales, and now looks like they are going to be stocking these trucks too.

some flexi's were built for BT Rolatruc before Toyota intigration. they were based on Cesab chassis, but I am sure you would recognise Zapi drive units
cheers Bobby
PS Flexi will get into bed with any manufacturer that pays them LOL

monday is the longest day
I think its actually a Manitou EMA 18, as i cant seem to find anything on the toyota info but google brought up a manitou?

Customer phoned and said it was Toyota, but not sure. Can anyone help?

Yes customer has confirmed its badged up as Toyota but also manitou. The error is E0 and drives but no lift, which I under stand is the pump transitor.

if anyone does have a manual for future reference please forward me a copy.
Regards
