What was the root casue of the controller board and IGBT failure?
I have the same problem but with new board and new IGBT one more time the IGBT module was damaged. Could someone help?
I've suspected a motor, but when I've connected directly to forklift battery it works OK.
I have found a MOSFET module that may do the job if my supplier can get them. The module comes from a company called Nihon Inter Electronic Corporation,Japan and has the Part No.PDM1102H.
I will let you know if it does the job.
The 1MI100H-025 is a MOSFET module low side chopper. I checked the data the 1MBI300N-120 and 1MBI150NH-060 and found that these are IGBT's, half bipolar transistor and part MOSFET on the Gate connection.
Have you used these successfully on the controller for the Toyota 7FBMF20 Fork Truck.
I also checked for data on the 1MI100H-020 but could not find any.
You can contact me on jhorsley at ukf dot net
is it 1MI100H-020 or 1MBI100H-025, if the second, you can find suppliers by typing it on ¨´GOOGLE,.. or as desperate action.. you may want to try whith, 1MBI300N-120 or 1MBI150NH-060. you can check datasheet on datasheetcatalogdotcom, hope it helps. Regards.
I have found what values should be used for R168 (390 Ohms) & ZD102 (18V 500mW).The problem now is to find an equivalent for the now obsolete Fuji Electric IGBT, Part No.1MI100H-025.
I can not find any data on the device, including Fuji and their distributors web sites.
If any one has data on this IGBT I can be contacted on jhorsley at ukf dot net
I try to look for you
There several type prints off that type.
But I try
