Toyota 7FGU25 propane: IGN fuse keeps blowing as soon as the ignition is turned on.

Please help

IGN fuse (7.5A) keeps blowing as soon as the ignition is turned on.
I read AC27V at fuse box and battery terminal right after fuse went off.
